4. Payment Terms
Our free AI assessment call is provided at no cost with no obligation. For paid services:
- Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement or proposal
- Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your agreement
- Late payments may incur interest at the rate specified in your agreement
- All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in your service agreement
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, methodologies, frameworks, code, and systems we develop and deliver to you as part of your engagement become your property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.
We retain ownership of our proprietary processes, pre-existing tools, and general knowledge. We may use general learnings from engagements to improve our services, but we will not disclose your confidential business information to third parties.
Our website content, brand assets, and marketing materials remain the exclusive property of Autopilot Ventures LLC.
6. Confidentiality
We take confidentiality seriously. We will not disclose your proprietary business information, processes, data, or trade secrets to any third party without your prior written consent, except as required by law.
You agree to keep confidential any non-public information about our methodologies, pricing, and proprietary systems that we share with you in the course of our engagement.
These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of your agreement with us.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that specific results will be achieved.
AI systems involve inherent uncertainty. While we apply professional expertise and best practices, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or time savings. Results will vary based on your specific business, implementation, and adoption.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Autopilot Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Autopilot Ventures LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
- Your use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights
- Any content or data you provide to us
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to our business or other clients.
Upon termination, you remain responsible for any outstanding payment obligations, and both parties remain bound by confidentiality obligations and any other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in the State of Delaware.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
